Notice No. 7/93
This notice amends Notice No. 3/93 by setting the Bank of Portugal's discount rate at 13% and the reference rate for the purposes of Decree-Law 311-A/85 at 14%. These amendments enter into force on the day immediately following the publication of this notice.
Notices from the Bank of Portugal Notice No. 7/93
The Bank of Portugal, taking into account the Government's guidelines, and using the competence attributed to it by Articles 18, 22, and 23(f) of its Organic Law, determines the following:
- Paragraph 1 of Article 1 of Notice No. 3/93, published in the Official Gazette (DR), 2nd series, on 20-5-93, shall have the following wording:
Article 1 - 1 - The Bank of Portugal's discount rate is set at 13%.
- Article 3 of Notice No. 3/93, published in the Official Gazette (DR), 2nd series, on 20-5-93, shall have the following wording:
Article 3 - The reference rate for the purposes of the provisions of Decree-Law 311-A/85, of 30-7, is set at 14%.
- This regulation enters into force on the day immediately following its publication.
