NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal real property indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, fraction IV, in relation to Articles 6, fraction V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 30-26711-9).

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of

Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to

Federal real property indicated, as it falls under the circumstances

States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal

Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Law

of Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied

suppletorily to the cited law, IS GRANTED TO INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS

, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for

them to express, on their own behalf or through their legal representatives, what is convenient for their rights,

through a free-form written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets,

which must be accompanied by the documentation supporting their claim, presenting it at the

address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán

Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
