Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Property
The notice initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal real property known as "ROCA ETERNA" (RFI 30-26711-9) subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Articles 29(IV), 6(V), and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural day period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration in Mexico City.
