NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstance established in Article 29 fraction IV in relation with Article 6 fraction VI, both of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 16-11198-7).

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION TO THE REGIME OF FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN IS MADE KNOWN, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, AS IT FALLS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29 FRACTION IV IN RELATION WITH ARTICLE 6 FRACTION VI, BOTH OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

Based on what is provided by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; articles 2 fraction I, 17, 26 fraction VI, 31 fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, fractions IV, V, VI and VII, 3 fraction III, 4, first and second paragraphs, 6 fractions VI, 10, 11 fraction I, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29, fractions I and IV of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 fraction VI and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Code; 292 of the Federal Civil Procedures Code; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; 1, 3 fraction VIII and X, 4 fraction I subsection e), 6 fraction XXXIII, 7 fractions XIV and XXIII and 11 fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets and ARTICLE ONE of the Delegatory Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it

That in virtue of the fact that the aforementioned real estate is under the possession, control and administration of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, through the Council of the Federal Judiciary and based on articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Code, as well as 292 of the Federal Civil Procedures Code, applied supplementarily to the cited law,

IS GRANTED TO INTERESTED PARTIES A PERIOD OF TEN BUSINESS DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of this notice, so that they themselves or through their legal representatives, manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written statement addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their claim, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Alcaldía Coyoacán, Mexico City, during hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
