Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status Regarding Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 16-11198-7)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal real estate located at Calle Capitán Carlos Rovirosa No. 1565, Morelia, Michoacán, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 IV and Article 6 VI of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties are granted a ten-day business day period, calculated from the day following publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration in Mexico City.
