NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subjection to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal Real Estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, fraction IV in relation to Articles 6, fraction V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 30-26713-7).

To the OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PLOTS ADJACENT TO THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided in Article 27, fraction II (prior to the reforms of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, fraction II, 3, fraction VI, 4, 6, fraction V, 10, 13, 28, 29, fraction IV, 32, 40, 42, fraction V, 48, 78, 79, 101, fraction III, and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets; 4, section G, fraction V, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3, fraction X, 6, fraction XXXIII, and 11, fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it:

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subjection to the Regime of Federal Public Domain, regarding the Federal real estate, with the Federal Real Estate Registry, denomination, location, surface area, dimensions, and boundaries corresponding, indicated in the following table:

That in view of the fact that the property in question is under the control and administration of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law, INTERESTED PARTIES are GRANTED A PERIOD OF TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for them to state what is convenient for their rights, either by themselves or through their legal representatives, via a free-form written submission addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation substantiating their claims, presented at the address located at Avenida México number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
