Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26713-7)
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal real estate property 'Nueva Jerusalem' in Tuxpan, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Interested parties, including owners and possessors of adjacent lands, are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration. The procedure is based on Articles 29, 6, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets.
