NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Public Domain of the Federation is made known, regarding the land fractions of the Federal real estate property indicated, by

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION TO THE REGIME OF PUBLIC DOMAIN OF THE FEDERATION, REGARDING THE LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY INDICATED, BY FINDING ITSELF IN THE CASE ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29 SECTION IV, IN RELATION WITH ARTICLE 6 SECTION VI, BOTH OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY INDICATED.

PRESENTS

Based on what is established by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, section I, 17, 26 section VI, 31 sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, sections II, IV, VI and VII, 3 section III, 4, paragraphs first and second, 6 sections VI and XXI, 10, 11 section I, 13, 28, sections I, III and VII, 29, sections I and IV of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 section VI and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4 subsection G, section V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit, as well as articles 1, 3 section VIII and X, 4 section I subsection a), 6 sections XXVI, XXXII and XXXIII and 11 sections I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, it is N O T I F I E D

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Public Domain of the Federation, regarding 5 land fractions of a larger Federal real estate property, with a linear length extension of 148.00 kilometers, with the Federal Real Estate Registry 15-14227-2, located on the MEX-134 Highway Toluca - Cd. Altamirano, in the Municipality of Temascaltepec, State of Mexico, whose technical data are recorded in the plans prepared by the Legal and Right-of-Way Subdirectorship, of the Undersecretariat of Infrastructure, of the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport, numbers: DV-01/5 to DV-05/5, for the use of services under their charge, with the corresponding locations and surfaces, described in the following table:

That in virtue of the fact that the land fractions of the aforementioned property are under the possession, control and administration of the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport and based on articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures, applied supplementarily to the cited law, INTERESTED PARTIES ARE GRANTED A DEADLINE of THREE BUSINESS DAYS, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of this notice, so that they themselves or by means of their legal representatives, manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document directed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Borough, Mexico City, during hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hours.
