Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Public Domain Regime Regarding Land Parcels on the Toluca-Tejupilco de Hidalgo Section
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare specific land parcels along the MEX-134 highway in Temascaltepec, State of Mexico, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. The notice covers five land fractions totaling 201,216.56 square meters between kilometers 25+000 and 30+000. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of three business days from publication in the Official Gazette to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony.
