NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 9-18815-0).

To the owners and/or possessors of the properties bordering the Federal real estate indicated.

PRESENT

With the basis of what is established by Article 27, Section II (before the reform of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, Section I, 17, 26, 31, Sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, Section II, 3, Section VI, 4, 6, Section V, 10, 13, 28, 29, Section IV, 32, 40, 42, Section V, 48, 78, 79, 101, Section III, and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets; 4, Section G, Section V, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3, Section X, 6, Section XXXIII, and 11, Sections I and V of the Regulation of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it:

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding the Federal real estate, with the Federal Real Estate Registry, denomination, location, surface area, measurements, and boundaries corresponding, indicated in the following table:

That in virtue of the fact that the aforementioned real estate is under the control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body called the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, with the basis of Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law, an INTERVAL OF TEN NATURAL DAYS is granted to the interested parties, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for them to manifest, by themselves or through their legal representatives, what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of the Federal Real Estate Patrimony, which must be accompanied by the documentation supporting their claim, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
