Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 9-18815-0)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Calle Circuito Bahamas number 74, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural day period, starting from the day following publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written statements supporting their rights to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration.
