NOTIFICATION through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal property indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, fraction IV in relation to Articles 6, fraction V, and the Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 28-7286-3).

To the owners and/or possessors of the plots adjacent to the Federal property indicated.

PRESENTS

With basis in what is provided by Article 27, fraction II (before the reform of January 28, 1992), in relation to Article Seventeenth Transitory of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, fraction II, 3, fraction VI, 4, 6, fraction V, 10, 13, 28, 29, fraction IV, 32, 40, 42, fraction V, 48, 78, 79, 101, fraction III, and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets; 4, section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3, fraction X, 6, fraction XXXIII, and 11, fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets;

ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegatory Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017, it:

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding the Federal property, with the Federal Real Estate Registry, denomination, location, surface area, measurements, and boundaries corresponding, indicated in the following table:

That in virtue of the fact that the property in question is under the control and administration of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets, with basis in Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law,

IT IS GRANTED TO INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, so that they themselves or through their legal representatives, manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Property, which must be accompanied by the documentation supporting their statement, presenting it at the address located at Avenida Mexico number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Borough, Mexico City, in a schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
