Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime for Federal Property (R.F.I. 28-7286-3)
The notice initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Calle Roble esquina Framboyanes number 400, Colonia del Bosque, Tampico, Tamaulipas, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, fraction IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Property Administration. The submission must be made at the specified address in Mexico City during business hours from Monday to Friday.
