NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, by being found in the circumstance established in Article 29 fraction IV in relation with Articles 6 fraction V and Fourth Transitory of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 30-26603-1).

At the margin a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which says: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Secretariat of

Treasury and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBJECT TO THE REGIME OF FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN IS MADE KNOWN, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, BY BEING FOUND IN THE CIRCUMSTANCE ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29 FRACTION IV IN RELATION WITH ARTICLES 6 FRACTION V AND FOURTH TRANSITORY OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS. That in virtue of the fact that the real estate in question is under the control and administration of the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied de suppletory manner to the law cited, IS GRANTED TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES A DEADLINE OF TEN DAYS NATURAL , counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for that by themselves or through their legal representatives, manifest what convenes to their right, through free writing directed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony, same that they must accompany with the documentation in which their statement is substantiated, presenting it in the domicile located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Alcaldía Coyoacán, Mexico City, in a schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
