Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26603-1)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property known as "IGLESIA ARCA DE NOÉ" in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting from the day following publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony in Mexico City.
