NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because

NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to

issue the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the

land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because they fall under the circumstances

established in Article 29, fraction IV, in relation to Article 6, fraction VI, both of the General Law of National Assets.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE

LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican

States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31 fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public

Administration; 2, fractions VI and VII, 3 fraction III, 4, 6 fraction VI, 10, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29,

fractions I and IV and 32, fraction III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 fraction VI

and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of

Administrative Procedure; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the

Internal Regulation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 fraction X, 6

fraction XXXIII, 7 fractions XIV and XXIII and 11 fractions I and V of the Regulation of the Institute of Administration and

Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the

Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on the day March 8, 2017, it

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subject to the Regime of Federal Public

Domain, regarding 11 land fractions of a Federal real estate of larger area, with

a linear length extension of 217.20 kilometers, with the Federal Real Estate Registry 13-13261-5, located

on the Pachuca - Tempoal MEX-105 Highway, Pachuca - Huejutla Section, Acalome el Banco Subsection,

from kilometer 60+207.60 to kilometer 84+860.67 in the Municipalities of Metztitlán and San Agustín Metzquititlán, whose technical data are recorded in the topographic plans prepared by the General Residence of Federal Highways Right of Way Office, of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport, with numbers PT-105-CCZ:1/11 to PT-105-CCZ:11/11, for the use of public services under their charge, with the corresponding locations and surfaces, described in the following table:

That in virtue of the fact that the land fractions of the aforementioned real estate are under the possession, control and administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport and based on Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures, applied supplementarily to the cited law, GRANTED TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, so that they themselves or through their legal representatives, manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, in a schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hours.
