Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit initiates administrative proceedings to declare 11 land fractions totaling 985,137.581 square meters along the Pachuca-Huejutla highway section subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of ten natural days from publication in the Official Gazette to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration.
