NOTICE through which the initiation of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, fraction IV in relation with Article 6, fraction VI, both of the General Law of National Assets.

With a seal at the margin bearing the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets.

NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE INITIATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN REGIME IS MADE KNOWN, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, AS IT FALLS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29, FRACTION IV IN RELATION WITH ARTICLE 6, FRACTION VI, BOTH OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, fraction VI, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, fractions II, IV, V, VI and VII, 3, fraction III, 4, first and second paragraphs, 6, fractions VI and XXI, 10, 11, fraction I, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29, fractions I and IV and 32, fraction III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3, fraction VI and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4, section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3, fractions VIII and X, 4, fraction I, subsection e), 6, fractions XXVI and XXXIII, 7, fractions XIV and XXIII and 11, fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 8, 2017,

The initiation of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding the Federal real estate, with the Federal Real Estate Registry, denomination, location, area, measurements and boundaries corresponding, indicated in the following table:

That in virtue of the fact that the real estate in question is under the possession, control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, through its decentralized administrative body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets and based on Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law, as well as 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law,

GRANTS TO THE INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of 3 NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their statement, presenting it at the address located at Mexico Avenue number 151, Del Carmen Neighborhood, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Borough, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
