Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Real Property Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime
The Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the 'Patio Barroco' property in Querétaro subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Articles 29(IV) and 6(VI) of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of the adjacent property are granted a period of three natural days from the publication date in the Official Gazette to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration in Mexico City.
