Notice of the amount from the independent expert's review of the Federal Government's assumption of pension and retirement payment obligations for Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiaries, per the December 24, 2015 Agreement

NOTICE by which the amount resulting from the review by the independent expert referred to in the fourth provision of the Agreement issuing general provisions regarding the assumption by the Federal Government of pension and retirement payment obligations of Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiary productive enterprises, published on December 24, 2015, is made known.

On the margin a seal with the National Shield, which reads: United Mexican States.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

OSCAR ERNESTO VELA TREVIÑO, Head of the Insurance, Pensions and Social Security Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; and ALBERTO TORRES GARCÍA, Head of the Public Credit Unit of the same Department; in accordance with the provisions of articles 31, sections V, VI and XXXIV, of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Transitory Third of the Decree reforming, adding and repealing various provisions of the Federal Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility and the General Law on Public Debt, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 11, 2014; 2, first paragraph, of the Federal Revenue Law for Fiscal Year 2016; fourth provision, second paragraph, of the Agreement issuing general provisions regarding the assumption by the Federal Government of pension and retirement payment obligations of Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiary productive enterprises, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 24, 2015, and 17, sections VIII, X and XXXI and 32, section XXXIII, subsections c), f), g) and i) of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, issue the following:

Notice by which the amount resulting from the review by the independent expert referred to in the fourth provision of the Agreement issuing general provisions regarding the assumption by the Federal Government of pension and retirement payment obligations of Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiary productive enterprises, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 24, 2015

In compliance with the provisions of the fourth provision of the "Agreement issuing general provisions regarding the assumption by the Federal Government of pension and retirement payment obligations of Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiary productive enterprises", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 24, 2015, the amount resulting from the independent expert's review calculated as of June 29, 2016, is published, which amounts to $184,230,586,411.61 (one hundred eighty-four billion two hundred thirty million five hundred eighty-six thousand four hundred eleven pesos and 61/100 M.N.) in present value.
