This notice publishes the amount resulting from an independent expert's review, as mandated by the fourth provision of the Agreement on the Federal Government's assumption of pension and retirement payment obligations for Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiary productive enterprises, published on December 24, 2015. The review, calculated as of June 29, 2016, determined the present value of these obligations to be $184,230,586,411.61.
