The notice initiates administrative proceedings to declare a specific federal property located in Xochimilco, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural days period to submit written claims or evidence to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration. NOTICE through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the Federal real estate indicated, as it falls under the circumstances established in Article 29, Section IV in relation to Articles 6, Section V, and the Fourth Transitory Provision of the General Law of National Assets. (R.F.I. 9-18810-4).
At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
NOTICE THROUGH WHICH THE START OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION TO THE REGIME OF FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN IS MADE KNOWN, REGARDING THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, AS IT FALLS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29, SECTION IV IN RELATION TO ARTICLES 6, SECTION V, AND THE FOURTH TRANSITORY PROVISION OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS. That in virtue of the fact that the real estate in question is under the control and administration of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit through its Decentralized Administrative Body named the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, based on Articles 2, 4, and 32 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law, as well as Article 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law, AN INTERESTED PARTY IS GRANTED A PERIOD OF TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what concerns their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration, which must be accompanied by the documentation substantiating their claim, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Alcaldía Coyoacán, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 hours to 17:00 hours.
