Notice of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Property Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime
The notice initiates administrative proceedings to declare a specific federal property located in Xochimilco, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural days period to submit written claims or evidence to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration. The property, identified by RFI 9-18810-4 and measuring 2,782.29 square meters, is currently under the control of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.
