Law

for

the

Regulation

Activities

Savings

and

Loan

Cooperative

Societies

(hereinafter LRASCAP),

the

Law

of

the

National

Banking

and

Securities

Commission

(hereinafter LCNBV),

has

as

its

objective

to

supervise

and

regulate

within

the

scope

of

its

competence

the

entities

that

are

part

of

the

Mexican

financial

system,

in

order

to

ensure

their

stability

and

proper

functioning,

as

well

as

to

maintain

and

foster

the

healthy

and

balanced

development

of

said

system

as

a

whole,

in

protection

of

the

interests

of

the

public,

to

authorize

the

constitution

and

operation

of

those

entities

that

are

indicated

by

the

laws

and,

if

applicable,

to

agree

on

the

revocation

of

the

aforementioned

authorizations.

With

the

objective

of

giving

compliance

to

the

cited

legal

regulations,

this

resolution

is

issued

for

the

administrative

procedure

of

revocation

of

the

authorization

to

continue

operating

as

a

savings

and

loan

cooperative

society,

which

was

previously

granted

to

the

society

denominated

CAJA

SOLIDARIA

CAMPESINOS

UNIDOS

OF

CULIACÁN,

S.C.

OF

A.P.

OF

R.L.

OF

C.V.

(hereinafter

Culiacán,

Entity,

Society

or

Socap

indistinctly),

in

accordance

with

the

following:

LCNBV,

in

conformity

with

the

referenced

regulations,

the

National

Banking

and

Securities

Commission,

as

a

Decentralized

Body

of

the

Ministry

of

Treasury

and

Public

Credit,

is

authorized

to

authorize

the

constitution

and

operation

as

a

savings

and

loan

cooperative

society

and,

if

applicable,

to

agree

on

the

revocation

of

said

authorization.

from

the

integral

interpretation

of

what

is

presented

here,

it

is

appreciated

that,

in

the

procedure

under

consideration,

the

causal

for

revocation

contained

in

article

84,

fraction

IX

of

the

Law

for

the

Regulation

of

the

Activities

of

Savings

and

Loan

Cooperative

Societies,

is

properly

accredited,

so

it

is

procedent

to

revoke

the

authorization

of

CAJA

SOLIDARIA

CAMPESINOS

UNIDOS

OF

CULIACÁN,

S.C.

OF

A.P.

OF

R.L.

OF

C.V.,

to

organize

and

operate

as

a

savings

and

loan

cooperative

society.

RESOLVES

FIRST.

This

Decentralized

Body,

based

on

the

provisions

of

article

84

fraction

IX

of

the

aforementioned

Law

for

the

Regulation

of

the

Activities

of

Savings

and

Loan

Cooperative

Societies

and

12,

fraction

V

and

XV,

of

the

Law

of

the

National

Banking

and

Securities

Commission;

as

well

as

in

conformity

with

the

EIGHTH

AGREEMENT

adopted

by

the

Board

of

Directors

of

said

Commission

in

its

ordinary

session

held

on

October

8,

2025,

and

the

considerations

that

were

exposed

in

this

resolution,

REVOKES

the

authorization

of

CAJA

SOLIDARIA

CAMPESINOS

UNIDOS

OF

CULIACÁN,

S.C.

OF

A.P.

OF

R.L.

OF

C.V.

to

organize

and

operate

as

a

savings

and

loan

cooperative

society.

SECOND.

From

the

date

of

notification

of

this

resolution,

CAJA

SOLIDARIA

CAMPESINOS

UNIDOS

OF

CULIACÁN,

S.C.

OF

A.P.

OF

R.L.

OF

C.V.

will

be

incapacitated,

by

effect

of

this

revocation,

to

carry

out

operations

and

will

be

placed

in

a

state

of

dissolution

and

liquidation,

in

accordance

with

the

provisions

of

article

84,

penultimate

paragraph,

of

the

Law

for

the

Regulation

of

the

Activities

of

Savings

and

Loan

Cooperative

Societies.
