Notice revoking authorization for Caja Solidaria Campesinos Unidos de Culiacán to operate as a Savings and Loan Cooperative Society
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Caja Solidaria Campesinos Unidos de Culiacán, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to organize and operate as a Savings and Loan Cooperative Society based on the causal established in Article 84, fraction IX of the Law for the Regulation of the Activities of Savings and Loan Cooperative Societies. Following notification, the entity is incapacitated to conduct operations and enters a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 84 of the same law.
