3 PART 1: INTRODUCTION 1.1 This Notice is issued under section 101(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (the “Act”) and applies to the following persons: (a) a holder of a capital markets services licence for fund management that is a manager of one or more Specified CIS; (b) a person exempted under section 99(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Act in respect of fund management that is a manager of one or more Specified CIS. 1.2 This Notice takes effect from 30 September 2024. 1.3 This Notice sets out the obligations of the persons specified in paragraph 1.1 of this Notice in relation to data submission requirements for Specified CIS. For the avoidance of doubt, a sub-fund of an umbrella fund is considered to be a single Specified CIS in this Notice. PART 2: DEFINITIONS 2.1 For the purposes of this Notice – “Specified CIS” means a collective investment scheme which is authorised under section 286 of the Act; “business day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a Singapore public holiday; “custodian”, in relation to a Specified CIS (whether or not constituted as a VCC or sub-fund of an umbrella VCC), means an entity to which the assets of the Specified CIS are entrusted for safekeeping; “Fund Data” means the categories and sub-categories of information mentioned in the Tables in the Annex; “Fund Holiday”, in relation to a Specified CIS, means any business day on which the Specified CIS is not in operation; “Relevant FMC” means a holder of a capital markets services licence for fund management or a person exempted under section 99(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Act in respect of fund management, that is a manager of one or more Specified CIS;

4 “Submission Commencement Date” means the date on which a Relevant FMC commences submitting the Fund Data under Paragraph 3.1 in respect of a Specified CIS; “Service Provider” means a fund administrator, transfer agent or custodian of a Specified CIS, that is appointed by the Specified CIS or the trustee or manager of the Specified CIS to submit all or some of the Fund Data of the Specified CIS to the Authority, on behalf of the Relevant FMC; and “Singapore public holiday” means any day which is declared to be or proclaimed as a public holiday or which under written law is to be observed as a public holiday in Singapore. 2.2 The expressions used in this Notice, except where defined in this Notice or where the context otherwise requires, have the meanings given by section 2 of the Act. 2.3 A reference to the Authority in this Notice includes any person whom the Authority may appoint to receive, on the Authority’s behalf, any Fund Data submitted under this Notice. PART 3: MONTHLY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 3.1 A Relevant FMC must commence submitting to the Authority, the Fund Data mentioned in Table A of the Annex in respect of a Specified CIS under the Relevant FMC’s management, in accordance with paragraph 3.2, by – (a) in the case where the Specified CIS is authorised under section 286 of the Act before 30 September 2024 and has at least one unitholder immediately before 30 September 2024 – no later than 15 October 2024 or such longer period as the Authority may permit; or (b) in any other case – no later than the 15th day of the fourth month after the later of the following months: (i) the month in which the Authority authorised the Specified CIS under section 286 of the Act; (ii) the month in which the Specified CIS first issues any units to a unitholder, or such longer period as the Authority may permit.

5 3.2 A Relevant FMC must submit to the Authority, no later than the 15th day of every month starting from the Submission Commencement Date, the Fund Data mentioned in Table A of the Annex in respect of each Specified CIS under the Relevant FMC’s management for the preceding month, whether through a Service Provider or otherwise. 3.3 Any submission of the Fund Data mentioned in Table A of the Annex must be made using the templates provided on the Authority’s Internet website at https://www.mas.gov.sg and in a manner specified by the Authority. PART 4: DAILY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 4.1 A Relevant FMC must, after the Submission Commencement Date, submit to the Authority the following Fund Data mentioned in Table B of the Annex in respect of the Specified CIS: (a) the Fund Data under the categories of “Fund Valuation and Expenses” and “Investor Information” for every business day other than a Fund Holiday of the Specified CIS (“T”), within the next business day (“T+1”) or such longer period as the Authority may permit; and (b) the Fund Data under the category of “Fund Holdings” for every business day other than a Fund Holiday of the Specified CIS (“T”), within two business days after T (“T+2”) or such longer period as the Authority may permit, whether through a Service Provider or otherwise. 4.2 Any submission of the Fund Data mentioned in Table B of the Annex must be made using the templates provided (where applicable) on the Authority’s Internet website at https://www.mas.gov.sg and in a manner specified by the Authority. PART 5: MISCELLAENOUS 5.1 Where a Service Provider has been appointed to submit the Fund Data to the Authority on behalf of a Relevant FMC, the Relevant FMC – (a) remains ultimately responsible and accountable for the accurate record keeping and timely submission of the Fund Data by the Service Provider; and

6 (b) remains ultimately responsible and accountable for the submitted Fund Data and the accuracy and completeness of the submitted Fund Data. 5.2 A Relevant FMC must notify the Authority of the following events, at least 14 days prior to its occurrence: (a) for a Specified CIS which first issues any units to a unitholder on or after 30 September 2024 and which is under the Relevant FMC’s management – (i) the first issuance of any units of that Specified CIS to a unitholder; (ii) the appointment of any Service Provider to submit Fund Data to the Authority on behalf of the Relevant FMC; (b) any replacement of an existing Service Provider that has been appointed to submit Fund Data to the Authority on behalf of the Relevant FMC. 5.3 A Relevant FMC must submit to the Authority in respect of each Specified CIS for which the Relevant FMC will commence submitting the Fund Data under Part 3 – (a) by the Submission Commencement Date, a list of all the Fund Holidays of the Specified CIS for the rest of that calendar year; and (b) by every 31 December thereafter, a list of all the Fund Holidays of the Specified CIS for the next calendar year. 5.4 A Relevant FMC must notify the Authority of any changes in the submitted list of Fund Holidays in respect of a Specified CIS, no later than one business day after the affected Fund Holiday. 5.5 Any notification mentioned in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 must be made using the templates and submission link specified (where applicable) on the Authority’s Internet website https://www.mas.gov.sg and in a manner specified by the Authority. Note: Under section 101(3) of the Act, any person who contravenes any requirement specified in a direction issued by the Authority shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine of $5,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
