Notice SFA 04-N23 on Fund Data Submission Requirements for Managers of Specified Collective Investment Schemes
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice SFA 04-N23 to mandate monthly and daily fund data submissions from managers of specified collective investment schemes. The regulation requires Relevant Fund Management Companies to submit valuation, investor, and holdings data via prescribed templates, with daily reports due within one to two business days. Managers remain ultimately accountable for data accuracy and must notify the Authority of service provider appointments and fund holidays at least 14 days in advance.
