NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which says: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTIFICATION THROUGH WHICH THE START OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE

TO ISSUE THE DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN REGIME,

REGARDING THE LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED, BECAUSE IT IS

IN THE CASE ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 29 SECTION IV, IN RELATION WITH ARTICLE 6

SECTION VI, BOTH OF THE GENERAL LAW OF NATIONAL ASSETS.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE LAND FRACTIONS

OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is established by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, section I, 17, 26 section VI, 31 sections XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2,

sections II, IV, VI and VII, 3 section III, 4, paragraphs first and second, 6 section VI and XXI, 10, 11 section I, 13, 28,

sections I, III and VII, 29, sections I and IV of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 section VI and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure; 292 of the

Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4 section G, section V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of

Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 section VIII and X, 4 section I subsection a), 6 sections XXVI, XXXII and

XXXIII and 11 sections I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, it is

The start of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Submission to the Federal Public Domain Regime, regarding 17 land fractions of a Federal real estate of larger area, with a linear length extension of 148.00 kilometers, with the Federal Real Estate Registry 24-9883-4, located on the MEX-085 Highway, in the

Municipalities of Tamazunchale and San Martín Chalchicuautla, State of San Luis Potosí, whose technical data are recorded

in the plans prepared by the Legal and Right-of-Way Subdirectorate, of the Undersecretariat of

Infrastructure, of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, numbers: DV-1/17 to DV-17/17, for the

use of public services under their charge, with the corresponding locations and surfaces, described in the table

below:

That in virtue of the fact that the land fractions of the aforementioned real estate are under the possession, control and

administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation and based on Articles 2, 4 and

32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures, applied

suppletorily to the cited law, INTERESTED PARTIES are GRANTED a DEADLINE of THREE BUSINESS DAYS, counted

from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of this notification, so that they themselves

or through their legal representatives, manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document

directed to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that substantiates their claim, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del

Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Municipality, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00

hours.
