Notification of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Public Domain Status for Land Parcels under Article 29 IV and Article 6 VI of the General Law of National Assets (R.I.F. 24-9883-4)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare 17 land parcels totaling 676,082.213 square meters along the MEX-085 highway in San Luis Potosí as subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of three business days from the publication date of July 2, 2025, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets in Mexico City.
