Via Official Letter 312-2/2511207/2022 dated March 22, 2022, this Commission authorized Ms.

Carmen Gutiérrez Smith as representative in charge of Banco Julius Baer & Co. Ltd., Representative

Office in Mexico.

Therefore and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules of representative

offices of foreign financial entities, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 31,

2014 (the Rules), this Commission sees fit to modify Fraction III of the First Base

contained in Official Letter 312-3/70192/2019 dated August 2, 2019, published in the Official Gazette of the

Federation on September 23, 2019, by which the establishment in Mexico of Banco Julius

Baer & Co. Ltd., Representative Office in Mexico, was authorized, to read as follows:

III. Its representative shall be Ms. Carmen Gutiérrez Smith.

This Official Letter must be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), at the cost of the

promoting

entity.

Likewise and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules, in relation to

Articles 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the National Banking and Securities Commission

Law, you are required to inform this authority of the publication date made in the DOF of

this modification official letter, within a period of ten business days counted from the business day following the

date on which said publication takes place, which must be processed within the fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this Official Letter.

This Official Letter is issued based on Articles 16, third-to-last paragraph of the

National Banking and Securities Commission Law; 14, 19 Fraction X, 21, Fractions I, subsection f), II and III and

last paragraph,

44, Fractions I and IV and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities

Commission.
