Office Letter Amending the Basis of Authorization for the Establishment in Mexico of a Representative Office of Banco Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.
This official letter modifies Fraction III of the First Base of the authorization granted for the establishment of the representative office of Banco Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in Mexico to designate Carmen Gutiérrez Smith as the representative. The promoting entity must publish this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation at its own cost within 15 business days of receiving this letter. Additionally, the entity must inform the authority of the publication date within 10 business days following the date of publication.
