OFFICE LETTER through which the terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union of Unión de Crédito Credipyme, S.A. de C.V. are modified

Based on article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the reform to the sixth clause of the social statutes of Unión de Crédito Credipyme, S.A. de C.V. and in order to reflect the manner in which its share capital will be represented derived from the approval of said reform by this National Banking and Securities Commission via office letter number 311-12537073/2022 dated August 8, 2022, increasing from $97,228,300.00 to $162,728,300.00 by agreements adopted in the extraordinary general shareholder meetings held on April 28, 2020 and February 28, 2022, point SECOND, section II of the authorization to operate as a credit union that was granted via office letter number 601-II-60548 dated November 25, 1992, is modified, to remain as follows:

The authorized share capital shall be $162,728,300.00 (one hundred sixty-two million seven hundred twenty-eight thousand three hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency), represented by 1,284,374 Series "A" shares corresponding to the fixed capital without withdrawal right and 342,909 Series "B" shares representing the variable capital with withdrawal right, with nominal value of $100.00 (one hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency) each.

The present office letter is issued based on the legal provision previously invoked, as well as in exercise of the faculties conferred in articles 1, 2, 3, section IV, subsection a), 4, sections I and XXXVIII, 10, section V of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission; 4, section II, subsection B numeral 32), 14, 45, section I and 64, third paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
