The terms of the authorization to operate as a credit union for Unión de Crédito Credipyme, S.A. de C.V. are modified, specifically updating point SECOND, section II of the authorization granted on November 25, 1992. The authorized share capital is increased from $97,228,300.00 to $162,728,300.00, represented by 1,284,374 Series "A" shares corresponding to fixed capital and 342,909 Series "B" shares representing variable capital, each with a nominal value of $100.00. This change reflects the reform to the sixth clause of the social statutes approved by the National Banking and Securities Commission on August 8, 2022, following shareholder meetings held on April 28, 2020, and February 28, 2022.
