OFFICE LETTER whereby the terms of the operating authorization for UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V. are modified

Based on Article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to (i) the reform to clause seven of the corporate bylaws of that credit union, in order to reflect the manner in which its capital stock will be represented derived from the increase to its authorized capital stock from $17 ' 000,000.00 to $152 ' 000,000.00 and (ii) the reform of its clause two, due to the change of corporate name from Credit Union of the Construction Industry of Aguascalientes, S.A. de C.V. to UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V.; agreed upon in extraordinary general shareholders' assemblies held on November 30, 2021, this National Banking and Securities Commission modifies Terms First and Second, sections I and II of the operating authorization that was granted to it via office letter number 601-II-24786 dated May 31, 1993, to read as follows:

" FIRST.

" UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V. " , shall operate as a Credit Union, in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Unions Law. " .

" SECOND. ( ... )

I.- The corporate name of the company shall be " UCICA, Credit Union " and this name shall be used followed by the words Public Limited Company of Variable Capital or its abbreviations, S.A. de C.V.

II.- The authorized capital stock shall be of $152'000,000.00 (one hundred fifty-two million pesos 00/100 M.N.), represented by 150,000 ordinary shares Series "A" corresponding to fixed capital without withdrawal rights and 2,000 shares Series "B" corresponding to variable capital with withdrawal rights, both with nominal value of $1,000.00 (one thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) each one.
