Office letter whereby the terms of the operating authorization for UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V. are modified
This document modifies the operating authorization terms for UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V., approving a change in corporate name from Credit Union of the Construction Industry of Aguascalientes, S.A. de C.V. to UCICA, Credit Union, S.A. de C.V. It also increases the authorized capital from $17 ' 000,000.00 to $152 ' 000,000.00, represented by 150,000 Series "A" ordinary shares and 2,000 Series "B" shares, each with a nominal value of $1,000.00. The National Banking and Securities Commission enacted these changes based on shareholder assemblies held on November 30, 2021.
