Official Letter Modifying Operating Authorization Terms for Union de Credito Integral, S.A. de C.V.

Based on Article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the reform to the seventh clause of the social bylaws of this credit union, agreed upon at the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting held on September 27, 2016, this Commission modifies point Second, fraction II of the operating authorization granted to it via official letter 601-II-DA-b-53988 dated January 5, 1994, to read as follows:

II.- The authorized social capital shall be $30 ' 000,000.00 (thirty million pesos 00/100 M.N.),
represented by 28,500 Series " A " shares corresponding to the fixed minimum capital and 1,500 Series " B "
shares corresponding to the variable capital, with a nominal value of $1,000.00 (one thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) each.
