Official Letter Modifying Operating Authorization Terms for Union de Credito Integral, S.A. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the operating authorization for Union de Credito Integral, S.A. de C.V. to update the authorized social capital to $30,000,000.00 Mexican pesos, represented by 28,500 Series A shares and 1,500 Series B shares, each with a nominal value of $1,000.00. This amendment aligns the authorization with the reform to the seventh clause of the union's bylaws approved by the shareholders on September 27, 2016. The modification specifically updates Section Two, Fraction II of the authorization originally granted on January 5, 1994.
