Official Letter Modifying the Authorization of La Peninsular Seguros, S.A. Due to Name Change and Domicile Relocation
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the authorization granted to La Peninsular Seguros, S.A. to reflect the addition of the expression "Multivalores Grupo Financiero" to its corporate name and the relocation of its social domicile from Mérida, Yucatán, to Mexico City. The proemium and Articles One and Three (sections I and III) of the authorization are amended to update the entity's legal designation and registered address accordingly.
