We refer to Official Letter No.: 312-1/2511213/2022 dated March 9, 2022, whereby

this Commission, based on the Eleventh, section VI of the Rules for representation offices

of foreign financial entities (Rules), authorized Mr. Mauricio Javier Herdocia Icaza to

serve as new representative of Banco Lafise (Honduras), S.A., Banco Lafise Panamá, S.A.,

Banco Lafise, S.A. and Banco Lafise Bancentro, S.A., Joint Representation Office in Mexico

( LAFISE ), as of the date of the referred letter, in substitution of Mr. Antonio García de la Peña.

As a consequence of the above, this Commission, based on the Fourth, second paragraph of the

Rules has resolved to modify section III of Base One contained in Official Letter No.: 312-2/12908/2013

dated December 6, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 20 of the same

year, by which the establishment in Mexico of LAFISE was authorized, to read as follows:

III. Its representative shall be Mr. Mauricio Javier Herdocia Icaza.

... "

Likewise and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules, 97 of the

Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, you are required to

inform this authority the date of publication made in the Official Gazette of the Federation, of this

modification letter, within a period of ten business days following counted from the date on which

the referred publication takes place, which must be processed within the fifteen business days

subsequent to the date of receipt of this letter.

The present letter is issued based on articles 16, antepenultimate paragraph of the Law of the

National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 20, section V, 21, sections I, subsection f), III and last paragraph, 44,

sections I and IV and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
