Official Letter Modifying the Basis of Authorization for the Establishment in Mexico of the Joint Representation Office of Banco Lafise (Honduras), S.A., Banco Lafise Panamá, S.A., Banco Lafise, S.A. and Banco Lafise Bancentro, S.A.
This official letter modifies Section III of Base One of the authorization granted via Official Letter No. 312-2/12908/2013 to appoint Mauricio Javier Herdocia Icaza as the new representative of the Joint Representation Office in Mexico for Banco Lafise (Honduras), S.A., Banco Lafise Panamá, S.A., Banco Lafise, S.A. and Banco Lafise Bancentro, S.A., replacing Antonio García de la Peña. The recipient is required to inform the authority of the publication date in the Official Gazette of the Federation within ten business days following verification of said publication, which must be processed within fifteen business days after receipt of this letter. The modification is based on the Eleventh Rule, section VI of the Rules for representation offices of foreign financial entities and relevant articles of the Credit Institutions Law.
