Official Letter Modifying the Operating Bases of Caja Gonzalo Vega, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the fourth base of the operating authorization for Caja Gonzalo Vega, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to update its social domicile to San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí. This change is based on modifications to the cooperative's constitutive bases approved by the general extraordinary assembly of partners on July 31, 2018, and previously authorized by the Commission in September 2018. The modification becomes effective upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

Under the authority of Article 10, penultimate paragraph of the Law to Regulate the Activities of Savings and Loan Cooperative Societies and derived from the modification to its constitutive bases agreed upon in its extraordinary general assembly of partners by delegates held on July 31, 2018, approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission through official letters 311-65785/2018 and 135-8218/2018 dated September 13, 2018, this authority modifies the FOURTH base of the bases granted to continue its operation as a savings and loan cooperative society, contained in official letter P139/2018 dated May 22, 2018 and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 21, 2018, to read as follows:
