Official Letter Modifying the Operating Bases of Caja Gonzalo Vega, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V.
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the fourth base of the operating authorization for Caja Gonzalo Vega, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to update its social domicile to San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí. This change is based on modifications to the cooperative's constitutive bases approved by the general extraordinary assembly of partners on July 31, 2018, and previously authorized by the Commission in September 2018. The modification becomes effective upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
