By means of official letter 312-3/2511853/2022 of this same date, this Commission authorized Mr. Sergio Viso Seligson as representative in charge of Deutsche Investitions- UND Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH,

Colonia, Federal Republic of Germany, Representative Office in Mexico , effective January 1, 2023.

Therefore and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules of representative offices of foreign financial entities (the Rules), published in the Official Gazette

of the

Federation on December 31, 2014, this Commission sees fit to modify point THIRD of the " Resolution by which DEG-Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, of

Colonia, Federal Republic of Germany, is authorized to establish in national territory a representative office " ,

contained in official letter UBA/075/2003 issued by the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit on August 18 of

2003 and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on September 19 of the same year.

THIRD . - Mr. Sergio Viso Seligson shall be the representative in charge of the representative

office in Mexico of DEG-Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.

... "

Likewise and based on the second paragraph of the Fourth of the Rules, in relation to articles 97 of the Credit Institutions Law and 19 of the Law of the National Banking and Securities

and Values, you are required to inform this authority the publication date made in the Official

Gazette of the Federation of this modification official letter, within a period of ten business days counted from

the following business day to the date on which said publication takes place. The above, understanding

that said publication must be processed within the fifteen business days following the date of

receipt of this official letter.

This official letter is issued based on articles 16, third-to-last paragraph of the Law of the

National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 20, section V, 21, sections I, subsection f), II and III and last paragraph,

44, sections I and IV and 64 of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
