Official Letter Modifying the Resolutions of the Authorization for the Establishment in Mexico of the Representative Office of DEG-Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany, Representative Office in Mexico
The resolutions regarding the authorization for the representative office of DEG-Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in Mexico are modified to amend the THIRD point of the resolution, designating Mr. Sergio Viso Seligson as the representative in charge effective January 1, 2023. The entity is required to inform the authority of the publication date of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation within ten business days following the publication date. Additionally, the publication must be processed within fifteen business days after receiving this letter.
