In accordance with the Agreement published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 15, 2020,

whereby the administrative measures for the continuity of the activities of the

National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission) are established, in the attention of matters processed before this

decentralized body, we refer to your written submission presented through the institutional email box

autorizacionfintech@cnbv.gob.mx on September 3, 2021, by which Incluvida, S.A.P.I. de C.V.,

Electronic Payment Funds Institution (Incluvida), remitted the protocolization of the agreements adopted in

the unanimous resolutions outside a shareholders' meeting held on July 30, 2021, on the occasion of the

change of its corporate name and modification to the corporate purpose. Therefore, in attention to your written submission, with

basis on articles 11, 12, 22 and 25 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions,

the FIRST and FIFTH bases of the authorization that was granted to Incluvida so that it

organizes and operates as an electronic payment funds institution are modified through official letter P139/2021 dated 3

of June 2021, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 23, 2022, to remain in the

following terms:

" FIRST.-

The corporate name of the company shall be SacbéPayments de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V.,

Electronic Payment Funds Institution.

SECOND. -

FOURTH.-

[ ... ]

FIFTH.-

Its corporate purpose shall correspond to the realization of activities in national currency

contemplated in article 22 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology

Institutions. Additionally, it may carry out the activities provided for in article 25 of the

legal ordinance cited above, in accordance with its corporate purpose.

The present is issued with basis on the legal provisions previously invoked, as well as in exercise

of the powers conferred in articles 3, section V, 4, sections I, subsection B and II, subsection B, numeral

32), 14, 45, section I and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities

Commission, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 28, 2022.
