Official Letter Modifying the Terms of the Authorization to Organize and Operate as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution for Incluvida, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Institución de Fondos de Pago Electrónico
This official letter modifies the authorization terms for Incluvida, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Institución de Fondos de Pago Electrónico to organize and operate as an electronic payment funds institution. The modification changes the corporate name to SacbéPayments de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Institución de Fondos de Pago Electrónico and updates the corporate purpose to cover activities in national currency contemplated in Article 22 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions, along with activities under Article 25 of the same law. These changes are based on the protocolization of unanimous resolutions outside a shareholders' meeting held on July 30, 2021, regarding the change of corporate name and modification of corporate purpose.
