In accordance with the Agreement published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 15, 2020, through which administrative measures are established for the continuity of the activities of the National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission), in the attention of matters processed before this decentralized body, we refer to your letter presented through the institutional email box autorizacionfintech@cnbv.gob.mx on September 20, 2023, by which Pluxee México Fintech S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution (formerly Sodexo Servicios Operativos, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution [Sodexo]), remitted the protocolization of the agreements adopted in the resolutions of the Extraordinary Shareholders Assembly held on August 3, 2023, on the occasion of the change of its corporate name, reform to the second article of its bylaws and ratification of powers granted. Therefore, in attention to your letter, based on articles 11, 12, 22 and 25 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions, the FIRST base of the authorization that was granted to Sodexo to organize and operate as an electronic payment funds institution is modified via office P180/2021 dated June 24, 2021, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 3, 2023, to remain in the following terms:

The corporate name of the society will be Pluxee México Fintech, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution.

The present is issued based on the legal provisions previously invoked, as well as in exercise of the powers conferred in articles 3, section V, 4, sections I, subsection B and II, subsection B, numeral 32), 14, 45, section I and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 28, 2022.
