This official letter modifies the terms of the authorization to organize and operate previously granted to Sodexo Servicios Operativos, S.A. de C.V., now Pluxee México Fintech, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution. The modification updates the first base of the authorization issued on June 24, 2021, to reflect the corporate name change approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders Assembly on August 3, 2023. The legal basis includes articles 11, 12, 22, and 25 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions.
