INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS AND INSURANCE MUTUAL SOCIETIES

This Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, through the Unit of Insurance, Pensions and Social Security, based on what is provided by Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law and in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Article 16 G, fractions II and V of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, considering the information provided, with Office No. 06-COO-72000- 03339/2023 dated April 4, 2023, from the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds, informs you of the annual fees that must be paid for the concept of inspection and surveillance rights corresponding to the 2023 exercise, with a global amount of 746.8 million pesos, according to the relationship attached and which forms part of this office.

These fees:

Will accrue from January 1, 2023.

Will be deposited into the Treasury of the Federation, through the E5five payment system, by electronic transfer, in accordance with the procedure in force.

The deposit must be made through banks one month in advance, within the first five days of each month.

Furthermore, insurance institutions that issue bonds, in addition to covering the fees set forth in the attached document, must cover the amounts corresponding to bond operations conducted.

Insurance institutions and mutual societies must present their proof of payment to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds no later than the 15th day of the respective month, in terms of Article 4o., third paragraph of the Federal Rights Law.

As a complementary measure to actions to combat the disease caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19), while the green traffic light is maintained in Mexico City, the proofs of payment will be sent, either by email to the following emails: ventanillaunica@cnsf.gob.mx , ebravo@cnsf.gob.mx , blaudino@cnsf.gob.mx and brodriguez_opt@cnsf.gob.mx or well, to the offices of said Commission, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur No. 1971, Torre Sur, 2nd floor, Colonia Guadalupe Inn, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Postal Code 01020, in Mexico City. In the event that the epidemiological green light changes to another color, the proofs of payment may be delivered via email.

If the right is not deposited within the established deadline, updates and surcharges corresponding to the amount to be paid must be added.

This communication is disseminated through the Official Gazette of the Federation, with the purpose of giving compliance to the obligation established by the last paragraph of Article 30 of the Federal Rights Law.
