Official Letter No. 366-III-091/2023 Announcing Inspection and Surveillance Fees for Insurance Institutions for the 2023 Fiscal Year
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit announces the annual inspection and surveillance fees totaling 746.8 million pesos that insurance institutions and mutual societies must pay to the National Commission of Insurance and Bonds for the 2023 fiscal year. These fees are calculated based on data from December 31, 2022, and must be paid monthly via electronic transfer within the first five days of each month, starting January 1, 2023. Institutions must submit payment receipts to the Commission by the 15th of each respective month, with email submission permitted while the epidemiological traffic light in Mexico City remains green.
